- North Eastern Retail Lumber Association: The NRLA is a member association representing independent lumber and building material suppliers and associated businesses.
- American Plywood Association: A nonprofit trade association that works with its members to create structural wood products of exceptional strength, versatility, and reliability.
- Random Lengths: The most widely circulated source of information for the wood products industry, providing unbiased, consistent, and timely reports of market activity and prices, related trends, issues, and analyses.
- Quebec Forest Industries Association: QFIA represents over 30 manufacturing firms which account for 97% of Quebec’s pulp and paper production. The Association’s mission is to represent these companies, especially in relations with governments, on issues of common interest.
- American Wood Preservers Institute: An international, non-profit, technical society which provides a common forum for the exchange of technical information between industry, research and users of treated wood.
- Forest Stewardship Council: An open, membership-led organization that sets standards under which forests and companies are certified. Equally weighted chambers include environmental, economic, and social to ensure the balance and the highest level of integrity.
- Southern Forest Products Association: Representing Southern Pine products and services around the globe, SFPA manages a comprehensive product promotion program.
- Western Wood Products Association: Represents lumber manufacturers in the 12 Western states and Alaska. The largest lumber association in the region, WWPA provides service covering over 8 billion board feet of annual Western lumber production.
- Canadian Wood Council: Canada’s unifying voice for the wood products industry. A national federation of associations, with 14 members representing hundreds of manufacturers across the country. CWC delivers technical knowledge for the construction sector through their market.
- Northeastern Lumber Manufacturers Association: The rules-writing agency for Eastern White Pine lumber and the grading authority for the SPFs grouping of species that includes Eastern Spruce, Balsam Fir, Red Pine, and other commercially important softwood lumber species grown in the northeast and Great Lakes regions.
- Southern Pine Council: The Southern Pine Council™ is a joint promotional body coordinated and supported by manufacturers of Southern Pine lumber.
- FEA – Forest Economic Advisors: Clearly communicating the economics of forestry, the FEA analyzes and delivers data with valuable insights on various products and market trends.
